One of the UK’s leading suppliers of two-way radios, Apex Radio Systems Ltd, is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join their team as a Sales Administrator apprentice in their Cardiff office. The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

Apprenticeship Level 3 – Business Administration
37.5 hours per week
£7.69 (based on £15,000 annual salary)

Key Duties:
- Diary management for the sales team.
- Logging sales jobs and appointments on company systems.
- Booking demos and appointment for site visits.
- Answering and directing incoming calls as needed.
- Assistance with follow up from Marketing Campaigns.
- Producing company paperwork.
- Raising purchase orders with suppliers.
- Chasing up orders with suppliers.
- Despatch of customer orders / other courier related tasks.
- General administrative duties as required.
Essential Criteria
- GCSE grade A-C in English.
- GCSE grade A – C in Maths.
- Some previous work experience. Even if this is part time and/or volunteering whilst studying.
